IT Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a strong and proactive IT Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in recruiting for IT roles, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical hiring. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end IT recruitment process, ensuring high-quality hires, and collaborating closely with technical teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across various functions (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, security, etc.) Work closely with management to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and build hiring strategies. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and culture fit. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using ATS or Excel. Stay updated with industry trends, IT technologies, and competitive talent markets. Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong understanding of various IT roles, technical stacks, and hiring dynamics. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Confident, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Experience using recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field. Why Join Us?
