Position Overview:

The IT personnel will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, servers, storage, and internet services. The role includes troubleshooting, ensuring smooth IT operations, and providing support to staff for all IT-related requirements.

Experience: 2–3 Years in a relevant role.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage organizational email accounts (creation, deletion, password resets, and troubleshooting).

· Configure and support email clients and mobile devices for employees.

· Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.

· Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring proper documentation and timely replacement.

· Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.

· Monitor server health, perform routine backups, and manage storage systems.

· Support installation, updates, and configuration of servers and storage devices.

· Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.

· Install, update, and manage business software and licenses.

· Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with vendors for support when required.

· Ensure compliance with software licensing regulations.

· Monitor and maintain internet connectivity and network devices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).

· Troubleshoot network issues and ensure secure access for all employees.

· Maintain network documentation and implement IT security protocols.

· Provide first-line support to employees for IT issues (hardware, software, network).

· Maintain IT manuals, knowledge base, and documentation for internal use.

· Stay updated with latest technology trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or related role.

· Familiarity with email systems, cloud services, and IT security protocols.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
