IT Systems Engineer

As an IT Systems Engineer at One, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's Information Technology systems and processes. This includes managing the helpdesk, on/offboarding procedures, building self-service channels and tools, automating technological tasks, and overseeing SaaS services. You will focus on knowledge and content management, identifying opportunities for automation and self-service for internal customers, and leading projects to implement these solutions. Additionally, you will provide onsite assistance to Ones staff when issues arise. Security is a top priority for every member of the IT team, and all tasks and projects must be approached with security as a critical component. - Act as a triage and escalation point for Ones IT service queue. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Manage macOS and Windows endpoints, including configuring and deploying new devices, managing software updates, and providing technical support to end-users. - Ensure proposed IT solutions prioritize user experience, comply with company policies, and adhere to local laws and regulations. - Communicate system and process changes verbally and in written documentation. - Collaborate with IT & Security teams to develop and implement new technology solutions. - Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for security, data privacy, and disaster recovery. - Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures. - Address complex end-user issues, find solutions, and prevent recurrence. - Maintain Ones IT asset inventory. - 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance, with a focus on cloud-based services and macOS endpoints. - Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows management and deployment tools like Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar MDM solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness to work across domains as needed by the team and business. - Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Domain knowledge of IT systems, networking, security, and compliance. - Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Security+, and/or Apple Certified Support Professional are a plus. - Experience with AWS IAM and Okta Identity Engine is a plus.,
