IT Support Job Description: Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2019 & higher servers Installing, troubleshooting, and managing end user W10/W11 desktops and laptops. Microsoft 365 & Office 365 deploy and management. Expertise in Gigabit Networking / Routing / TCP-IP / Enterprise Wi-Fi Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls Provide Level 1/2 Support for US users. Exposure with CPanel management. Troubleshoot and support Sophos VPN, Endpoint and Firewall. Installation, support, and maintenance of network infrastructure Keep alive, Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues. Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. Co-ordinate with various service providers. (Email, Internet, CCTV) Resourcefulness to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise. Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on end user PCs. Experience: Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Preferred) IP networking: 3 years (Preferred) Microsoft 365/Exchange & Office suite: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Certification: A+, Networking+, MCSA, MCSE, or other related certifications preferred.
