Job Description

Operate, configure, and utilize the TeamViewer DEX platform to proactively manage and remediate IT issues across the entire estate.
Develop and maintain SQL scripting solutions to automate IT processes, proactively remediate IT issues, and support large-scale system operations.
Govern and control patch management for Mac and Mobile Device client operating systems.
Own and manage the Mobile Devices Platform (iOS / Android).
Create and troubleshoot application packages in collaboration with external partners.
Act as an application owner for our base software stack on Mac and Mobile Device.
Coordinate test cycles with the IT Ambassador Group.
Roll out OS and software updates across your area of responsibility.
Provide 2nd level support and problem management for clients and base software packages.
Design and implement new workplace concepts to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in utilizing scripting languages for IT system engineering and automation, client management, and issue resolution.
Hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud-based platform administration and troubleshooting.
Strong SQL and PowerShell scripting skills for automation and process optimization.
Broad experience with MacOS client and Mobile Device Management in environments of 200+ users/devices.
Knowledge of client software packaging or MDM solutions such as MS Intune, JAMF, Mobile Iron, or similar tools.
Fluency and strong spoken English is a must.
