Job Title: IT Support Technician (Hardware & Networking)

Qualification:

• Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking with 1-3 years of working experience.

Age Group:

• 20 – 25 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Support Technician with a background in computer hardware and networking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support, performing basic troubleshooting of hardware and network issues, and assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of security devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Assist in the configuration and installation of hardware and software systems
• Monitor and support basic network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end-users on-site or remotely
• Assist in managing and maintaining security devices (e.g., firewalls, antivirus systems, surveillance equipment)
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and system upgrades

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches, cabling)
• Familiarity with common security devices and basic cybersecurity practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and network issues
• Basic knowledge of security surveillance systems and endpoint protection tools.
