IT Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Freelancer to assist us on an hourly basis. The role involves providing remote and/or onsite IT support services as required, including troubleshooting, software/hardware setup, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely IT support for systems, software, and hardware issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network/connectivity problems
• Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
• Ensure smooth functioning of laptops, desktops, printers, and related IT equipment
• Document and report work completed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT support or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows/Mac systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Ability to provide quick and effective solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for support as per need
