Required Skills : Desktop Support, Network Support & Server Management

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge of Server, Networking and Desktop.
• Knowledge of Windows installation /troubleshooting.

• Hand on Experience of Desktop

  e.g. MS office 2019/Office 365/SQL and Adobe products (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign etc.) Adobe Creative Cloud / Software Adobe Photoshop CC subscription /Software Adobe Captivate CC subscription / Adobe Indesign CC 19,20,22 / MS Visual Studio Pro etc.

• Hand On Experience on Email Troubleshooting/Configuration on Exchange/IMAP/POP
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and Windows Operating systems.
• Knowledge of File server/Print server/WDS server.
• Good knowledge of Cyber Securities Activities like Firewall and End point security.
• Provide desktop support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and IP configuration.
• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to server, hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology.
• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
