Job Description

  • Respond to technical queries and issues from clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide step-by-step solutions and remote assistance where necessary.
  • Diagnose hardware/software faults and resolve basic system errors.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams with proper documentation.
  • Assist clients with installing and setting up company software or tools.
  • Guide users through configuration, updates, and product activation.
  • Maintain logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide timely feedback to internal teams on recurring issues.
  • Educate users on best practices and software features.
  • Conduct basic training sessions or walkthroughs for clients or internal staff.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Support internal IT needs when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,678.53 - ₹38,727.56 per month
