Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage and provide IT support at our aluminium-based manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and also supporting internal IT infrastructure to maintain seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues on the factory floor and office.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support ERP systems at the time of technical issues (e.g.,Tally, etc.) which are used in supply chain and finance.
• IT related purchasing works to be done.
• Maintain and support biometrics and other devices in the company.
• maintain and support system issues related to manufacturing [Eg: foundry systems and other systems]
• organise daily meetings and maintain MOM with action plan target date.
• Assist in data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and basic system administration.
• Train staff on proper use of business-critical systems and tools.
• Monitor and report IT system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar function role in manufacturing (preferably aluminium or metals).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware/software troubleshooting and user support.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aluminium or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or custom ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy protocols.
• Familiarity with automation tools or IoT in manufacturing environments.
