IT Support | Night Shift| Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our BPO operations team.

The role involves providing first-level technical support to employees, ensuring smooth IT infrastructure functioning, and resolving technical issues in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support (hardware, software, and network) to end-users across BPO operations.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment.

Troubleshoot system errors, email issues, and application-related problems.

Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring security and compliance with company standards.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and passwords in line with IT policies.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT or vendor support when necessary.

Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets while maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).

Support IT infrastructure for new joiners (system setup, email configuration, access provisioning).

Maintain accurate documentation of IT issues, solutions, and asset inventory.

Assist during software rollouts, updates, and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, antivirus tools, and remote desktop applications.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to support non-technical users effectively.

Ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a BPO environment.

Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ / N+ will be an added advantage.

Compensation Salary: Upto₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
