Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the data migration and validation process to ensure accurate transfer of clinical and administrative data into TrakCare ACN. Support training sessions for clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system. Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate critical challenges during the transition. Document workflow changes, user feedback, and system issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Help coordinate communication between different departments involved in the implementation. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with clinical and business requirements post-implementation. Learning Opportunities: Hands-on experience with a leading healthcare information system (TrakCare ACN). Insight into the intersection of clinical workflows and health IT systems. Exposure to project management and change management in a healthcare setting. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including IT, clinical staff, and administration. Candidate Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or Computer science.
