We re looking for a brilliant IT Support Expert who s ready to break the mold, challenge the status quo, and help us reimagine IT services with our cutting-edge AI products.

Your mission:

Leverage your IT support experience to guide and advise our product teams.
Act as a thought leader, championing Nexthink s strategy to transform IT services.
Envision the future of IT service delivery in an AI-driven world.
Test, validate, and shape innovative AI solutions.
Supervise and train AI agents to deliver next-level support.
Benchmark, experiment, and push the limits of what s possible.

Must-have:

A mindset that challenges the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
2+ years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
2+ years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.
Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communicator who thrives with customers, engineers, and execs alike.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
