Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware. Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems. Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. Provide training and guidance to end users on proper use of IT equipment and software. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives. Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices. Assist with procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies. Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Qualifications Freshers are preferred. Associate's or bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are preferred. Should be willing to travel to different locations across Bangalore. Male candidates only
