Responsibilities of candidates include Candidate should having good Knowledge of Network system, Analytics, Hardware and Infrastructure. • monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation • You will be installing and configuring computer systems • diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. • The ability to evaluate new technology • Knowledge of networking hardware including LAN/WAN, Switches wireless etc. • Troubleshoot problems backing up and restoring with customer and take or suggest corrective. • Work well in a team and provide team members support and guidance when required. • Effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to complex technical issues. • Install, Troubleshoot, and maintain computer system, printers and other peripheral equipment. • Coordinate support of it related activities and initiatives • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on complex problems and insure resolution. Language Knows- Hindi and English with good communication skills.
