Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1, L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access reviews via Active Directory.
Monitor helpdesk tickets, handle onboarding/offboarding tasks, and resolve common IT issues (passwords, VPN, printing, software installs).
Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues; escalate to L3 if needed.
Develop, monitor, and support RPA bots (UiPath preferred) and automation scripts (PowerShell/Python).
Maintain and monitor automation bots in production, ensuring operational stability and error handling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to identify automation opportunities.
Document processes and maintain technical guides.
Support integration of AI tools or chatbots for IT and business automation.
Develop or maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or batch scripting for repetitive IT tasks.
