IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Desk Support Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. • Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary. • Conduct regular system updates, reports, and backups. • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and usage. • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall IT service delivery. Mandatory Requirements • Active Directory (AD) Experience: Hands-on knowledge or experience with Active Directory (either on-premises or cloud-based solutions) is a must. • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field. • Work Experience: Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (minimum 2 years).
