Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with developers and IT staff to resolve recurring problems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking.
Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
