🔹 Configuring and troubleshooting 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐒 (𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐬 8.1 / 10)
🔹 Handling 𝐌𝐒 𝐎365, 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 configuration & troubleshooting
🔹 Desktop and peripheral support (printers, scanners, LAN, etc.)
🔹 Resolving application, hardware, and network issues remotely
🔹 Coordinating with internal teams for ticket resolution and updates
🔹 Participating in 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 & 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 activities
