IT Support Engineer (L1)

As an individual responsible for providing IT support services, your primary duties will include Incident & SR Management using the CRM tool Service Now. You will be expected to ensure a seamless End User Experience by interacting with users professionally to swiftly resolve their issues and fulfill their requirements. Additionally, you will be in charge of End Point Readiness tasks such as Imaging, Media Sanitization, Reimaging, Quality Control, and Labelling. Your role will also involve providing IMAC Support for various devices including Laptops, CBs, MacBooks, Desktops, and related peripherals, as well as Print and Scan devices. Furthermore, you will handle End Point Support both remotely and on-site, offering First Level Hardware, Operating System, and Application Support for different devices and operating systems. In the event of End Point Redeployment, your responsibilities will include Part and Unit Replacement, Media Sanitization, Quality Control, and reimaging when necessary. You will also be required to liaise with vendors and partners for Warranty Coordination and Escalation, as well as conduct Scheduled Activities like Training Rooms checks, VC Rooms Checks, and Data Center Hygiene Activities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate degree or a 3 Years Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. An understanding of ITIL Best Practices, strong domain knowledge, and a technical orientation are essential. Moreover, you should possess excellent Customer Service and Problem-Solving abilities, effective communication skills in English and the local language, and the capacity to deliver results within tight timelines.,
