Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

About the Role:

We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise networks.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IT support who are eager to work on enterprise-scale projects, with opportunities for continuous learning, certification reimbursement, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of:

– Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

– NAS and server configurations

– Networking and security solutions (firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi management).

• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems to ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and support multi-location client environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant, hands-on IT support or system administration experience (freshers will not be considered).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise-level IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a drive for continuous professional growth.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 / Azure Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate (MS-102)
• Cloud or network certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
