Job Description

Location: Mohali | Shift: Night | Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to handle incoming voice support for US customers facing issues with system performance, applications, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: Answer calls from US customers and resolve issues related to OS, email, MS Office, and network devices. Record tickets and update resolution details in the CRM system. Promote and sell technical service plans when applicable. Requirements: Excellent spoken English. Minimum 1 year of technical support experience. Comfortable with night shifts and system-based troubleshooting. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,178.15 - ₹47,210.99 per month Work Location: In person
