IT Support Analyst

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users through phone, email, and Zendesk. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. It will be your duty to log and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining excellent communication with end-users. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems, assist with software installations, updates, and configurations, and also maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus. A strong passion for technology, a desire to continuously learn and grow, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. You should possess good time management skills, the ability to multitask, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to challenges. Furthermore, your eagerness to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills will be highly valued. AWS Cloud experience is considered a plus.
