Job Description

Job Title- IT Support Administrator - Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
Handle external office-related errands such as banking, courier, vendor coordination, and government-related tasks.
Support administrative staff in completing daily tasks efficiently.
Maintain good communication and coordination with vendors, service providers
Perform other general support duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Diploma/ ITI related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work responsibly with minimal supervision.
