IT Supplier Manager

You will play a crucial role in representing Tetra Pak when sourcing, negotiating with, and managing world-leading companies in the IT industry. This will involve dealing with giants such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and Planview, as well as smaller companies with cutting-edge technology. As a part of the IT Supplier Management team, you will collaborate closely with Tetra Pak's IT organization, Global IM, and other business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading sourcing, price- and contract negotiations in Tetra Pak projects, ensuring alignment with requirements, processes, and future directions, as well as being responsible for vendor management for some suppliers. While the position will be based in Chakan, Pune, you will operate on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing, price- and contract negotiations in Tetra Pak projects. - Work closely with project managers, service managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and processes. - Manage vendors for some suppliers. - Drive sourcing activities, RFI and RFP processes. - Negotiate price- and contract conditions with global suppliers. - Represent the Supplier Management function in Tetra Pak projects and stakeholder interactions. Qualifications Required: - A Full-Time graduation degree or equivalent from a reputed institute. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing, contracting, and negotiating with IT suppliers, with sales experience being a plus. - Commercial mindset with strong communication skills, ability to work proactively in a matrix environment, and internal and external collaboration. - Business-oriented mindset with recognized informal authority and seniority. - Proficiency in English, both written and oral. - Experience in IT projects or support is advantageous.
