Recruitment Sales / Staffing Business Development

  • Contract staffing (Malaysia)

  • Permanent recruitment solutions

  • Remote IT staffing from India

  • IT project delivery services

This role

Key Responsibilities

Staffing Sales (Malaysia & Singapore)

  • Sell contract & perm staffing solutions to corporate clients
  • Acquire new clients through outreach, networking & referrals
  • Prepare & close

    Terms of Business (TOB)

  • Pitch CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers

IT Services Sales

  • Sell software development, implementation & tech solutions

Client Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers & HR
  • Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 2+ years experience in

    Staffing BD / Recruitment Sales

  • Experience selling

    contract & perm hiring

  • Knowledge of TOB, bill rate calculations & margin models
  • Able to bring or develop new client accounts fast
