IT Specialist - Google Automation (Apps Script)

● Automation and Development: Utilize your expertise in Google Apps Script, Java Script, Google App Sheet, and advanced Google Sheets to design, develop, and deploy automated business processes. Your main focus will be on creating tools, reports, and dashboards that streamline workflows and provide actionable insights.

● Google Workspace Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our Google Workspace environment. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, and system configurations. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of a user account from onboarding to offboarding.

● Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, servers, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

● Cybersecurity Support: Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our cybersecurity solutions to protect our network and sensitive data. knowledge of Firewall and VPN is an added advantage.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all IT support requests, their resolutions, and all automation scripts and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT department in Africa to implement new technologies, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure technical alignment across all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
