Your role will involve actively participating in the implementation and enhancement of SAP EHS solutions for effective management of employee health and safety. Your key responsibilities include: - Actively participating as a hands-on project member in the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of SAP EHS solutions. - Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements and translating them into technical specifications within the SAP EHS framework. - Performing detailed configuration and customization of SAP EHS modules to align with organizational health and safety protocols. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP EHS implementation aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Staying current with SAP EHS updates and recommending opportunities for system enhancements. - Ensuring accurate reporting and data analysis through SAP EHS to support decision-making related to employee health and safety. - Supporting daily operations related to the EHS solution and ensuring continuous system availability and performance. Your qualifications should include: - Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of at least 3 years in implementing and managing SAP EHS in a corporate environment. - Hands-on experience with SAP EHS system configuration and deployment. - Familiarity with SAP HR systems and processes, Object-Oriented ABAP programming, and strong understanding of employee health and safety regulations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
