Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for an IT / Software Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves delivering compelling sales presentations, promoting software solutions, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored sales recommendations. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Software Sales, with experience in selling IT or software solutions.
  • Expertise in Sales Presentations and delivering captivating and results-driven presentations to clients.
  • Competence in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Consultative Selling, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Strong overall Sales capabilities and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in the telecom, networking, or IT industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range

  • Freshers:

    ?2.5L ?4.5L + incentives
  • 25 yrs experience:

    ?4L ?10L + incentives
  • Senior roles:

    ?10L ?20L+ depending on experience
