IT Service Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager (3–4 yrs)- IT Services

At Collatzinc, we power SMEs worldwide with AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions. We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who can balance client needs, team dynamics, and timely delivery, without losing sight of quality.

What you’ll do:

• Own delivery from scope → execution → closure
• Be the client’s go-to contact and problem-solver
• Coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile
• Track risks, unblock issues, and keep delivery smooth

What we want:

• 3–4 yrs in IT delivery / project management
• Hands-on with Agile + tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Strong communicator with global stakeholder skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory
