We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team at LIXIL, an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing technical products and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative technical products.

Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and requirements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for technical products.

Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with design systems and standards is a plus.
