Job Description

1. Identifying and Qualifying Leads:

Researching potential clients and generating leads through various channels (e.g., networking, online research, cold calling).
Qualifying leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making power.

2. Understanding Client Needs:

Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's business challenges and technology requirements.
Analyzing client needs and suggesting appropriate IT products, services, or solutions.

3. Developing and Presenting Solutions:

Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific needs.
Explaining the technical features and benefits of products and services in a clear and understandable way.

4. Negotiating and Closing Deals:

Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
Closing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

5. Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

6. Collaboration and Support:

Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, customer support) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.

7. Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of the latest IT products, services, and industry trends.
Continuously developing their technical and sales skills.
