As an IT Administrator at VISKO Group in Indore, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of the organization's computer systems and networks. Your responsibilities encompass various key areas to maintain the efficiency and reliability of the IT infrastructure. Your primary tasks include managing the infrastructure by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and networks, including virtualization and cloud environments. Monitoring network components like routers and firewalls is also part of your role. Additionally, you are responsible for implementing security measures such as firewalls and VPNs, applying updates, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to safeguard the organization's data. User and access management form a significant part of your duties, which involve managing user accounts and permissions, onboarding and offboarding processes, and troubleshooting access issues. You are also tasked with data management, including implementing backup and disaster recovery plans, scheduling backups, and testing recovery procedures to maintain data protection. Monitoring system performance, optimizing resources, and resolving issues that could impact system efficiency are essential aspects of your role. Providing technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, and automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages are also part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, maintaining documentation of system configurations and procedures, generating reports, and creating internal knowledge base articles are crucial for effective communication and knowledge sharing within the organization.
