Experience - 3-5 years

Location - Noida (WFO)


Responsibilities

● Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s software solutions/ IT services ● Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/E-Mail/LinkedIn to generate leads

● Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities

● Examining the IT requirements of clients and suggesting appropriate software solutions

● Conducting demonstrations as and when required

● Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointments

● Be able to tailor pitch the products & services according to their specifications ensuring successful conversion of sales

● Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

● Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales

● Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the company's main accounts and strategic partners

● Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all the key business objectives

● Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous performance and review the same
