IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products/services.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions selling.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
