Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive -Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting research, engaging with clients, and converting opportunities into business.This role requires strong communication, research, and client-handling skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and market analysis. Conduct R&D to evaluate and engage with prospective vendors. Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through proactive engagement. Gather client requirements by conducting detailed discussions and needs assessments. Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Present and pitch relevant products and services to clients effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to understand client requirements and present solutions convincingly.
Good research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office,prior exposure to CRM tools is a plus. Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
