Job Description

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and ensuring efficient execution of sales processes. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in managing schedules, creating sales documents, and handling customer requests.
Coordinate sales-related activities such as lead tracking, CRM updates, and reporting.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Ensure timely communication with internal teams and clients.
Monitor inventory of sales materials and ensure they are up to date.
Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients post-deal closure.
Liaise with the marketing and product teams for campaign coordination and product information.
Provide administrative support as needed, including setting up meetings and taking notes.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
