Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive who is experienced in using sales tools and techniques to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, email outreach, CRM tools, calling platforms, and client negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads using Lead Generation Tools.
Execute email outreach and automation campaigns to nurture prospects.
Maintain and track client interactions using CRM software.
Engage with clients via calling & communication tools to present services effectively.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions (Web Development, Data Analytics, Chatbots, AI, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Work with the internal technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
Close deals with prospective clients and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills & Tools Experience
Lead Generation Tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Email Outreach & Automation Tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Woodpecker, Lemlist, etc.).
CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
Calling & Communication Tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Cloud Telephony).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Data Analytics, Chatbots, AI).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to work independently.
What We Offer
On target achievement, salary includes 20k+10%commision; else 10% commission.
