About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales with a strong understanding of the North American market. This role requires working the night shift to effectively communicate with clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable IT services/solutions.
• Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with North American clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and sales activity details.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the North American IT landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in IT sales or international sales, preferably targeting the North American market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or outsourcing models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US/Canada hours).
• Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
