Job Title: IT Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales, proven success in handling international clients, and the ability to generate leads, build strong relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international market.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions as per client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in IT sales/business development.
• Strong experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
