Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the IT Services industry located in Noida Sector 62, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of Mobile Apps and Website services. It is essential to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales, coupled with 4-6 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Key Responsibilities: - Specialize in IT sales, with a focus on Mobile App Sales and Website Sales. - Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the IT sector. - Showcase the value and benefits of IT services to clients. - Develop and execute successful sales strategies to meet or surpass sales goals. - Customize solutions to meet clients" specific IT requirements. - Provide exceptional service and assistance throughout the sales cycle. - Create and deliver persuasive proposals to clients. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for a seamless transition from sales to implementation. - Work closely with internal departments to address client needs and issues. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
