Role Overview

We are seeking two passionate Business Development Executives to drive lead generation, identify promising opportunities, and support the sales team in expanding our reach. You will help bridge the gap between Ahana's innovative services and the businesses that can benefit from them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients across platforms, directories, and professional networks.
  • Engage prospective clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to nurture leads.
  • Manage and update the CRM tool with lead statuses, notes, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies, campaigns, and target accounts.
  • Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong research capabilities and ability to map organizational decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adept at navigating fast-paced environments.
