Overview:
An IT Sales Associate is responsible for assisting in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals for IT and digital services such as website development, software solutions, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
• Present and explain IT services like website development, SEO, social media marketing, and software solutions.
• Understand client requirements and pass qualified leads to senior sales staff.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects in CRM tools.
• Follow up with interested clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare basic quotations and proposals under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand service offerings.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitors, and new service offerings.
• Handle basic client queries and escalate complex ones to senior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (IT sales preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of IT services and digital marketing concepts.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
