Role Purpose: As the IT Risk and Business Continuity Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, your primary responsibility is to manage and enhance the IT risk management and business continuity frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of IT risk management and business continuity strategies and processes. - Identify potential IT risks and implement measures to mitigate them. - Monitor and report on IT risks and the status of risk mitigation activities. - Develop and maintain the company's business continuity plan and ensure it is tested and updated regularly. - Conduct training and awareness programs on IT risk and business continuity for staff. Required Skills/Qualifications: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT risk management and business continuity planning. - Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and data security. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. Work Environment/Location: This is a full-time role based in Gurugram. The candidate will be required to work from the office, with occasional travel for meetings and training.,
