Job Description: As an IT Recruiter at our organization based in Bangalore, India, your role will involve handling End to End recruitment processes, from sourcing suitable candidates to onboarding them seamlessly. You will be responsible for hiring resources according to the organization's requirements and within specified timelines. Your focus will be on maintaining recruitment metrics such as timeline adherence, source mix, and diversity. Managing a high volume of open positions along with fulfilling niche demands will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be screening incoming applications and resumes, conducting interviews through various mediums like phone, video, and in-person, as well as participating in recruitment events such as job fairs and in-house drives. Collaboration with hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs will also be a part of your role.
