IT Recruiters - Freshers

As an IT Recruiter Freshers at our organization in Bangalore, India, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, starting from sourcing suitable candidates to onboarding them successfully. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's requirements are met within the defined timelines. Your role will also involve hiring resources while keeping various recruitment metrics in mind, such as timelines, source mix, and diversity. You will be expected to handle a large volume of open positions as well as niche demands efficiently. Screening incoming applications and resumes to match suitable candidates for specific roles will be a key part of your job. Conducting interviews with candidates through phone, video, and in-person interactions will be part of your daily tasks. In addition, you will actively participate in various recruitment events such as job fairs and in-house recruitment drives. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand and address future hiring needs will be crucial for the success of this role.
