Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, including the skills, experience, and qualifications they are looking for in candidates.
Use various platforms (job boards, social media, and more) to find great candidates.
Review resumes and applications to select candidates who closely match the job requirements.
Share detailed job descriptions with candidates and provide them with helpful information about the roles.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to get to know the candidates better.
Help facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring the candidate’s expectations align with the client’s compensation guidelines.
Coordinate with the internal team to schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Keep an organized recruitment database to track the progress of each candidate throughout the hiring process.
