Oracle BRM Developer / BRM Tech Lead

Job Overview: Contingent Worker - Oracle BRM Specialist/Developer One year contract extendable to another year (Max 2 yrs) basis performance Payroll company: Ushta Te Consultancy LLP, Mumbai Experience Needed 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years working on Oracle BRM. What Youll Do Help develop and maintain the Oracle BRM system, focusing on subscription management, billing, and payment processes. Work on integrating BRM with other systems like WEBS (for account changes) and NGP (for payments). Collaborate with the Vertex system to ensure accurate tax calculations. Manage billing for about 11 million customers, making sure everything is accurate and efficient. Adapt the system as business needs change. Work with a small team, completing tasks in two-week sprints. Lead testing and quality checks to make sure everything works well. Quickly fix any bugs or issues that come up. Who You'll Work With Your BRM team members, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other teams handling payments and taxes. Skills Were Looking For Experience with Oracle BRM and its database. Programming skills in C, Java, and Perl. Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Understanding of billing systems and subscription management. Comfortable working in Agile teams and managing tasks in sprints. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience leading or mentoring a team. Familiarity with tax and payment systems. Knowledge of software development best practices. Education Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
