Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles, including but not limited to Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack), DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and QA Analysts.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical proficiency, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, facilitate interview loops, and provide timely feedback to all parties.
Negotiate complex offers, close candidates, and manage the pre-boarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
Minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience in IT staffing/recruitment
within a high-volume, fast-paced technical environment.
Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of current IT technologies, roles, and hiring landscape (e.g., programming languages like Python/Java/JavaScript, Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, Agile methodologies).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and consultative approach.
Relationship Management:
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives, hiring managers, and external clients/SPOCs.
Tools:
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Should be immediate joiner or can join within a week.
