End to end recruitment for IT positions, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates across multiple functions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
Screen cv's, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage recruitment pipelines, providing consistent communication and feedback to candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, expectations, and to define key competencies for each role.
Maintain a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
KRA:-
Must be a graduate atleast if with technical background like BSC, OR BCA will be an added advantage
Should have atleast 3-4 years of experience in IT domain.
Fluent in english language communication.
Only females required for the role and immediate joiners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
